This well-located house is a newly built one bedroom property that has a wonderful countryside position just 2kms from the picturesque 'old town' of Skopelos Harbour. This fantastic and slightly elevated position means it enjoys the most wonderful views from its upper bedroom across the verdant green hillsides to the colourful ceramic roofs of Skopelos Harbour and the sparkling Aegean ocean that stretches as far as the eye can see!

The double bedroom has a large verandah, which we are sure will be favoured spot day as well as evening when the stars and the lights of the harbour twinkle in the distance. The owners could see the appeal of this lovely spot and have thoughtfully placed a telescope on the verandah for guests enjoyment. Downstairs the house has a well-equipped open-plan living/kitchen/dining room and a modern shower room. A large patio leads from the double doors of the living room - a perfect spot for enjoying al-fresco dining!

It is only a 10 minute walk to Skopelos Harbour, where there is a small beach for swimming and the pretty bay of Stafilos is just 4kms away, which you can reach by mountain bike that have also been kindly provided by the owners.
