This traditional townhouse has been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. Although many of the traditional architectural features have been retained, the interiors have been transformed to a very modern and pristine style. Its location on a quiet stepped street is only a two minute walk away from the waterfront, with its atmospheric tavernas and cafe-bars.
Built on three levels the house is entered on the ground level where there is a spacious kitchen/dining room with cool tiled floors. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. Also on this level is the bathroom which has WC, basin, and walk-in shower. The double bedroom with restored wooden flooring and a walk in wardrobe is on the middle level and the top
floor is the very comfortable living room with two sofas, and French windows that open onto a balcony, where you will find lovely views across the village, the sea and the wonderful surrounding hills.
