This newly built three bedroom private villa is situated in a quiet and high rural location that is surrounded on three sides by sweet smelling pine forest so typical of the lush, beautiful Sporades Islands. This lovely location is further enhanced by the spectacular views that can be enjoyed both from the enticing pool as well as from both levels of this well designed property.

The owners designed the villa with the fantastic views in mind and put the open plan living/kitchen/dining room on the top floor from where the views are at their best skimming the tree tops that flow down gentle green slopes all the way to the sea.  The three bedrooms, one double and two twins, are all on the first level, as are the two bathrooms, one ensuite to the double bedroom and the other conveniently placed for the twin bedrooms. Large verandahs lead from both the living area and two of the bedrooms and the pool (5m x 8m) is also surrounded by a large patio.

The villa, which has been designed with an attractive and traditionally Greek style theme throughout, is equipped with all mod-cons including a washing machine..  It is not air-conditioned because its position and the materials used in the design mean the interior, even in the height of summer, remains cool.

Villa Xagnandos' secluded location doesn't mean it is far from anywhere, (well, nothing is far from anywhere in Skopelos!), as Skopelos beautiful 'Old Town' and attractive harbour is just 5 kilometres away and the nearest beach is the pretty bay of Agnondas is just 3.5 kms away.
