This three storey traditional style house offers comfortable, character accommodation on a quiet little backstreet just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour front.

The house is entered via the middle floor where the living room is located. The ground floor, accessed via stairs from the living room, (and via a door from the street), has a well equipped kitchen, with dining table and seating, and a shower room. The top floor of the house, accessed from the living room, comprises a spacious bedroom with a built in double bed that has a sleeping platform above it (attached) for an extra person, if required. French doors open onto a wooden balcony where there are lovely views across the rooftops, taking in some of the waterfront and the Palouki hills across the bay. A second outdoor area, a ‘comfy’ courtyard, leads off the living room, where there is a sweet smelling lemon tree, a shaded area and comfortable couch seating, perfect for stretching out and enjoying the pretty views.
