Location location location!  This is what the Dimitris Apartments are all about!

Designed with the traditional Greek style red tiled roofs and plenty of patios and terraces, these comfortable apartments are situated just behind the beautiful white pebble beach and glorious, calm, green bay of Agios Dimitiris and make a perfect choice for those looking for a relaxed, beach based holiday. There is one taverna on your doorstep and just 5kms away is a further choice of tavernas in the fishing hamlet of Kalamakia and 3kms beyond you can enjoy waterside eating and pick up supplies in the tiny harbour village of Steni Vala. But nothing is far away on this beautiful island - if you want a night out in the narrow streets of the islands atmospheric old capital, Old Alonnisos, this can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car.

Each apartment is located on three levels amidst the colourful gardens allowing for optimum privacy. Each has a spacious private terrace, all of which enjoy the wonderful sea views that take in the island of Peristera, which lies opposite this very beautiful bay. The interiors have been furnished and decorated to a high standard, full details of each apartments design is given below. There is also a communal barbeque located amidst the pretty gardens.

Apartment 1
Entering into an open plan living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, Apartment number One is decorated in a traditional island style. The living room is furnished with a sofa that converts to a double bed suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. There is a spacious terrace with a dining table for spending hours enjoying the fantastic views to the sea. A w/c shower room is also on the ground floor. A stairway leads up to the bedroom level which is furnished with a double bed and has French doors leading to a balcony with fabulous views of the beach and sea beyond.

Apartment 2
This apartment is a single floor apartment with an open plan living/dining room with modern kitchen facilities, a w/c shower room and two bedrooms. One bedroom is double bedded and the other has two single beds. There is a sofa in the sitting room which converts to a double bed suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. There are spacious terraces with the same exceptional views from all rooms.

Apartment 3
This Apartment has the same open plan design with a living/dining room, kitchen, w/c shower room with two bedrooms both with French doors leading to large terraces. One bedroom is double bedded and the other has two single beds. There is a sofa in the sitting room which converts to a double bed suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. There are spacious terraces with the same exceptional views from all rooms.

Studio Apartment
This spacious studio apartment is located on the ground level underneath one of the apartments. This may be booked together with the apartment or separately. It is reached by an outside pathway and is open plann with a four poster double bed, w/c shower room and kitchenette. There are also two sofas which convert to double beds suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. The patio area, has the same outstanding views as the upper cottage.
