The Ilios Houses are situated on the Votsi Peninsula in a tranquil setting within easy reach of Votsi’s little harbour, 10 minutes on foot, where you can find a handful of tavernas, and a pretty beach. These four, well designed, houses, which
sit either side of a large shared swimming pool, have been furnished to a high standard with beautiful floor tiles, natural wooden beams and large terraces.
The two detached and two semi detached houses are each built on two levels and comprise a spacious open plan living room/kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room on the ground floor, and a large twin bedroom on the upper level. A spacious roof terrace ensures fantastic views to the sea and Peristera island and the large, shared, swimming pool is perfect for cooling off and whiling away a few hours. Patitiri, the sleepy capital is just 3 kms from the Ilios Houses and atmoshperic ‘Old Alonissos’ is just 5 kms away.

Details of the individual houses

Semi detached Houses - Number 1 & 2
These houses comprise an open plan kitchen/dining and a well appointed living room. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The wood built ceilings,furniture and kitchen cabinets give the feelof quality in every detail.

The decor is tasteful and coordinated with coloured table cloths to match the sofas. There is a w/c shower room next to the kitchen and an open archway off the living room leads to a bedroom with double bed. In addition to the front terraces on the ground level, which overlook the pool, both cottages also have upper floor terraces accessed from the upstairs bedroom.

A wooden stairway leads to this loft-like second bedroom situated under the beams of the roof which is furnished with two single beds. Without the separation of a door it is open to the lower level. A door leads out to a lovely terrace with terracotta tiles, comfortable outdoor furniture and fantastic views to the sea and the island of Peristera. House number 2 is the larger of the units, with a larger front terrace and a private BBQ area.

Please note: This is a shared property with 2 other detached villas which use the same shared pool.

The detached houses
These detached houses are very similar in layout to the semi-detached with the exception of an additional w/c shower room, which is en-suite with the upstairs twin bedroom. Also the terraces are more private as the buildings are situated in front of the pool and have views directly to the sea and surrounding islands.
