Ormos is one of those timeless and tranquil places that represent an original Greece where life continues at a slow pace with an old-fashioned and traditional lifestyle. Tourism has touched the area but the locals seem little affected by it holding on to the things that remain important to them and living from the land and the sea.

When you arrive here we won’t be surprised if you wonder just how will spend your time in this simple little place? But within a day or so we are sure you will find yourself relaxing into this quiet little existence and feeling very at home as the locals exchange greetings with you as you return again and again to the handful of tavernas that sit overlooking the water on Ormos’ picturesque water front.


The Vigla Apartments offer a chioce of accommodation with studios for two and two bedroom apartments that can sleep up to five or six if required. They have a lovely setting amongst colourful
flowers and shady trees overlooking the village roof tops but close enough for you to walk down in the evening in approximately five or six minutes to the handful of tavernas on the waterfront.

The 9 apartments and delightful swimming pool are staggered on different levels and in small complexes of just three or four offering a good level of privacy.

If you are looking to experience an authentic Greece, peace, tranquilliy and beauty then you should be considering the Vigla Apartments.
