Villa Pirgos sits high on a hill in this beautifully verdant area of Skopelos, where expanses of pine forest intersperse with olive groves and fruit orchards, and has superb views across the valley and sea. The interiors are simply furnished but with all modern comforts, but its real assets are the lovely gardens, planted with hibiscus, geraniums, grapevines, cypress, chestnut, pine and olive trees, very spacious terraces, and its swimming pool. The house is very private and the country road which lies below the property sees very little traffic, so this property enjoys real tranquility.
Built on one level, the house comprises an open plan living-dining room that includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, TV/DVD & CD player. This room is very light and well ventilated with windows on all sides and front and back doors. From the living room doors open onto a front covered terrace and the back door opens onto the rear covered terrace and the large sunny
terraces around the pool. There is a double bedroom and bathroom with half bath with shower attachment..
