The settlement of Agios Konstandinos is a relaxed and little developed coastal village situated on Samos’ northwest coast that retains the peace and charm of a simple fishing village. The village sits right next to the sea alongside a long pebble beach and consists of a delightful mix of old stone houses, a handful of modern holiday accommodation and some attractive tavernas and cafes.
The Waterfront Villas are modern, spacious houses with an enviable seafront location. There are just three of them and all are built on two levels with two bedrooms, bathroom and a spacious and well equipped open plan living/kitchen/dining area. Spacious balconies overlook the water on both levels.
If you are looking for a quiet waterfront location, the simplicity of the ‘old Greece’ as well as a well located base for exploring both the island’s beautiful nature and its wonderful coast line then the Waterfront Villas are well worth considering.
