This wonderful old townhouse has been completely refurbished to a comfortable, tasteful and traditional style and has a wonderful location on one of the town’s picturesque lower streets. Built on three levels, the house offers spacious accommodation for up to 5 persons. The top floor has two bedrooms. One is a twin room, which has access to a large upper terrace with superb
views across the harbour and the other is a very light and airy double bedroom, which has its own side balcony. Also on the top floor is a small bathroom, with a half bath, shower attachment and WC. On the middle floor there are two sitting rooms one of which could be used as a third bedroom if required. One has a comfy sofa-bed, wicker chairs and
dining table and leads directly onto a lower front terrace with sunloungers where, again, there are fantastic views. The second living room also has a sofa-bed and a traditional carved wooden Skopeliti couch. From this room wooden steps lead down to the lower floor where there is a well equipped kitchen and a second shower room with WC.

Everything is close by; the attractive waterfront where you can find tavernas, cafes and shops can all be easily reached on foot. Boats are available from the harbour to Alonissos and Skiathos and excursion boats are available to the marine park and some of the islands beaches.  Local buses are available to various places on the island and cars can be hired locally.
