Situated on the top of a small hill, just outside the rural village of Exopoli and overlooking the resort village of Georgioupolis, these fantastic villas have been extremely cleverly, and very thoughtfully, designed to provide modern comfortable accommodation that is firmly influenced by Cretan tradition and style. The two villas, standing alone and completely detached from each other, have a marvellous position that offers panoramic sea views, tranquility and privacy. They are less than 1 km from the centre of Exopoli, a small rural village where you can find a handful of tavernas and a mini-market, and just 3 kms from Georgiouspolis, which has two sandy beaches, a picturesque estuary lined with fishing boats, and an excellent choice of tavernas, minimarkets and local shops.
Tastefully decorated using only local stone, iron and wood in the design, each villa is built on two levels and is completely separated from the other. They sit within their own walled and gated gardens that ensure a high level of privacy at each villa. Their individual swimming pools, (30sqm in size), sit amidst spacious terraces that have been furnished with a unique style of seating, imaginatively designed by the owner, who has been passionate about creating a very traditional and natural design throughout.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. Wooden beamed ceilings and an attractive archway are just part of the features. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a bathroom with a shower. A second WC is located on the ground floor. Both villas include airconditioning, a washing machine and satellite TV.
