The Loupassis Bungalows are excellent value, family sized accommodation situated right next to the sea, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Paleochora and its many facilities. The six detached bungalows sit amongst colourful gardens of tropical palms and exotic bougainvillea, alongside a long pebble beach where the water is clear and inviting.
They all have two twin bedrooms, (sleeping up to five if required), a spacious living/kitchen area with simple selfcatering facilities, air-conditioning, a shower room and a large shady balcony. The bungalows are an excellent choice for families or couples and, with Paleochora on your doorstep, you'll find plenty to keep everyone happy! The resort offers just about everything you might be searching for during your holiday.
The beach next to the bungalows is a pebble beach with beautifully clear water, and the fantastic wide sandy beach, on the other side of the peninsula, can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There are also some other lovely beaches nearby as well as some tiny little coves, with the most fantastically inviting water. In the evening Paleochora’s ‘main street’ and promenade is closed to traffic, the tables and chairs of the tavernas and friendly cafes spill across the road, the craft shops stay open until late and locals and visitors alike take in the atmosphere. The variety of tavernas is abundant, as is the food; traditional Cretan cuisine, fresh fish, pasta and pizza are just some of the choices. With a glass in hand as the sun slips below the horizon, we can’t think of a better spot to end the day. Whatever your preference we feel Paleochora has something for everyone and we are sure that, like many others, once you’ve settled in to this relaxed friendly place you’ll already be planning your next visit!
