This fabulous villa sits on the slope of a small hill on the
edge of the tiny village of Agios Pavlos. Surrounded on
three sides by olive and carob trees this marvellous
location offers privacy, tranquillity and stunning views
of Crete’s magnificent White Mountains. It is an idyllic
spot which is further complemented by this beautiful
villa. Attractively furnished inside and out Villa
Magdalena has been designed to an extremely high
standard of comfort and luxury. The three bedrooms, (1
double and 2 twins), are on the upper level, along with
two bathrooms, one of which is a luxurious ensuite
with a ‘walk in’ shower. Each bedroom has access to a
spacious balcony, from where you can enjoy the
peaceful views.
The ground level has a third shower room and a
large open plan kitchen/dining and extremely
comfortable living area with a large flat screen TV,
(satellite), and DVD player. The well equipped
kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, full
oven, microwave and washing machine.
French doors lead out to what is bound to be a
popular spot during your stay, a spacious covered
terrace that looks onto gentle rolling hills and
stunning mountains. The beautiful tiled pool, (one
of the largest in our brochure, 10m x 5m), with a
separated shallow section for children, is surrounded
by a spacious patio and pretty gardens.
This superb location isn’t in the ‘wilds’ of Crete! Just
800 metres away is the nearest taverna (excellent
food), situated in the traditional village of Gavalohori
where you can also find a bakery, patisserie, minimarket
and two more tavernas. Six minutes by car
will bring you to the lovely sandy beaches of
Almeritha, where you can find a wide selection of
tavernas, most situated right next to the water, and
any other facilities you might need during your stay,
(including some water sports.)
